What is restaro?
Restaro is a diners club, with hundreds of restaurants offering hundreds of discounts. Every day, more restaurants join up to offer members savings whenever they choose to dine out. Every member receives a unique membership card (on the APP) which they can present at restaurants to receive the specified discount.
How big is the discount ?
Members receive a permanent discount of 10% on food at all partner restaurants. We also ask our partner restaurants to provide a higher discount rate at least once a week – so keep an eye out for better savings. Taxes and tips do not apply to the discount.
How can I become a member ?
It is very simple. Just hit the sign in button on the website or download the app and fill in the blank spaces with your information.
How many people can attend on my card ?
Basically the card you receive will extend to four people, but if you call ahead to the restaurant and tell them how large your party is, they’ll often be more than happy to accept a larger group.
Can I order anything on the menu ?
Yes you can, unless the website specifies some sort of restriction.
Do I have to call in advance the restaurant ?
No, you don’t have call in advance but it is usually a poignant idea to double check.
Can I use my Card as much as I want ?
Yes! Your card has no limits whatsoever for usage. You can use your card for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a midnight-snack all in the same day if you want to. Though the restaurant may not be open at midnight!
What if a restaurant is not granting me my discount ?
In these rare situations, we are sorry to say that we cannot force a restaurant to honor our service and remain with us in this partnership. Try to call ahead in advance and tell the restaurant that you are a member, and that you’re planning on using your discount card when you arrive, and see what they say.
How long is my card valid ?
Your card remains valid for one year, with an annual subscription, or one month with a monthly subscription.
What happens after my subscription ends ?
We will automatically extend your subscription for another glorious and happy year.
Does the Discount applies to takeaways?
Yes it does, we have a specific section called “Takeaways”. Check out the hundreds of delivery service restaurants that include discounts through Restaro.
Is the card transferable ?
No, every digital card that is issued is non-transferable. All of your details, including a picture for identification will be on the card, so it cannot be loaned to family members or friends.
How do I cancel my card?
You can cancel your card at any time. However, once you have paid your membership fee for the full year or month, we cannot refund you for the time that is remaining. Please note that the renewal date will not be the same as the date on your expiry card. Instead, it is four days prior to the expiry date.

How do I cancel my card?
Use our card as much as you can as long as you remain within a certain budget. Do not spend more money than you have. You are not the US government where you can just go deeper into debt while you print more money and hope it all works out. The more you use our card the less groceries you have to buy and the less time washing your own dishes as well. Enjoy yourself. You only live once!
